 Jenny and Jan Meyer, Africa Ventures is a family concern business, run by Rowan Meyer and assisted by his mother and father Jenny and Jan Meyer. Rowan enjoys the challenge of organising interesting tours with a touch of adventure. His father is an Internationally known Scientist that has given him an intimate knowledge of the fascinating geology and minerals of South Africa with its kaleidoscope of landscapes. Many of these landscapes have been captured on canvas by Rowan’s mother who enjoys art and also treats visitors to some fine South African dishes. |

 Rhinos Grazing, Hluhluwe Game Reserve. Rowan Meyer is a South African qualified tour guide (THETA registered). He obtained a hotel management diploma in 1998 and worked in a number of hotels before entering the tourist industry in 2001. |

 Rowan on the top of Sani Pass, The Drakensberg Mountains. Rowan is a people’s person and is known for his warm hospitality. As an ex Springbok scout he has organised and conducted many hikes. Trips to the Drakensberg are his speciality including Sani Pass, Champagne Castle and Royal National Park just to name a few. He has also also conducted tours to Umfolosi, Hluhluwe and Mkuse Game Reserves, St Lucia Wetland Park and the scenic Wild Coast.He thrives on nature and outdoor related activities. |
